I am a hot sauce connoisseur. I have joined many of the hot sauce clubs and have purchased hundreds of hot sauces. I was blown away by High Mesa's sauces first by their appearance - you can see the charring of the peppers in the sauces - but was blown away by the flavor. I no longer need any hot sauce clubs, as High Mesa Chile Co. is selling the best I've ever head. They might as well be selling liquid gold. Thank you, High Mesa!

The Salsa Sampler is Outstanding!
Have not yet tried the cocktail mixers yet, however, if they’re anything like the Salsas…. I’ll be Happy! ✌️
