Flame Roasted Chile Hot Sauce Four Pack

A variety pack with one of each of our four flame roasted hot sauces.  Each one has a unique flavor and a different heat level so you'll have something awesome on hand no matter what you're cooking or who you're cooking for.

• Roasted Fresno Hot Sauce (Heat Level: Medium) - This sauce is our OG and based around the complex flavor of flame roasted Fresno chiles.  Pairs well with breakfast, oysters, shrimp, fried chicken, and pizza.
  • Ingredients: Flame roasted Fresno chiles, onion, water, cider vinegar, garlic, salt, olive oil.

• Roasted Serrano Hot Sauce (Heat Level: Hot) - We combined classic verde flavors with the heat of flame roasted serrano chiles for a more spicy traditional hit perfectly fit for breakfast or taco nights.
  • Ingredients:  Roasted Serrano chiles, water, red onion, leek, lime juice, white wine vinegar, garlic, salt, cilantro, olive oil.

• Roasted Habanero Hot Sauce (Heat Level: Hot) - Our newest sauce and quick crowd favorite.  The heat of roasted habaneros gets balanced out and amplified with ginger and red bell peppers, resulting in a super versatile, floral sauce that is excellent with eggs, tacos, and burgers.
  • Ingredients: Roasted red bell peppers, water, onion, white wine vinegar, distilled vinegar, roasted habanero, ginger, garlic, salt, olive oil.

• Roasted Hatch Chile Hot Sauce (Heat Level: Medium) - This seasonal option was designed to capture all the flavor found in the Hatch chile harvest season.  Hatch Chile isn't just an ingredient, it's THE ingredient.  We've attempted to compliment and prop up this beautiful, singular flavor with a short list of simple ingredients, with just enough spice that you feel it, but not enough that you won't put it on everything.
