This seasonal option was designed to capture all the flavor found in the Hatch chile harvest season.  Hatch Chile isn't just an ingredient, it's THE ingredient.  We've attempted to compliment and prop up this beautiful, singular flavor with a short list of simple ingredients, with just enough spice that you feel it, but not enough that you won't put it on everything.
