Roasted Fresno Hot Sauce (Heat Level: Medium) - This sauce is our OG and based around the complex flavor of flame roasted Fresno chiles. Pairs well with breakfast, oysters, shrimp, fried chicken, and pizza.

This stuff is amazing. For years I’ve tried sauce after sauce chasing the flavor of a freshly made green and red sauce and this stuff hits the nail on the head. My wife and I tore through the hatch chile bottle in about a week and a half. I found myself using it like salsa at one point.

Very flavorful
Not enough flavor for the price paid. The Fresno is a little more flavorful than the Hatch. I can make way better hot sauces myself at home. Adding water is a death sentence for flavor. Skip this.
