Legit the best hot sauce i've been able to find in a bottle in a long time. I found it at a store and couldn't find it again, so I had to track it down. Glad I did!
We ordered the 4 hot sauces sample pack after stumbling across the Fresno one locally. OMG. These hot sauces taste incredibly fresh and have their own unique heat and flavors. We love them all. We give all four 5 stars in every way. I do however want to propose to the High Mesa Chile Company “Heat Level aficionados“ a counter proposal to make the Roasted Habenero sauce a 3.5 level. It definitely speaks louder than the Roasted Serrano. Regardless, we love the Habenero sauce and it will be a staple in this household going forward! #3.5
Flame Roasted Chile Hot Sauce Four Pack
Ordered the multi pack so I could give them all a taste and I will be ordering the same thing over and over. They have amazing flavor and the spicy ones have a great kick.

This stuff is pure dynamite. Have got to say they did justice to the Hatch green Chile. I have tried quite a few different hot sauces over the years and this one rates number one. Perfect blend of flavor and heat. So glad I tried this one. This is from a guy with round about 20 or 30 lbs. of Hatch green Chile sitting in the freezer and a fair amount of Hatch red Chile sitting in the spice cabinet, ground up by myself. It's the good stuff.
The Serrano is one of the best flavored hot sauces I’ve ever tasted, and the Hatch isn’t too far behind, both are delicious and just the right amount of heat.

I bought the variety pack to try each flavor. I opened each bottle and tried the sauces with tortilla chips and mixed some in my guacamole 🥑 so delicious and versatile with the right amount of heat. I will order again. My order was well packed and shipped quickly with no issues at all. I most definitely will be a repeat customer.
